Driveway Alert

This new product is designed to notify the homeowner immediately when someone in a motor vehicle or ATV is approaching. The system has a range of a mile or more depending upon terrain. It combines the latest in high-tech efficiency with the simplicity of operating off a single 9 volt lithium battery (included). The life of a standard battery is approximately two years but can be interchanged with a 9 volt rechargeable.

Installation is simple. Place the 19-inch long probe slightly underground and parallel with the driveway. The probe sensor establishes a magnetic field that is adjustable to 30 feet. It is not effected by animals or birds. When the magnetic field is interrupted by a metal object, an alert is sent to the Tranceiver/Base Station. The inconspicious transmitting unit is housed in an all-weather enclosure and can be located as close to the probe as convient (the 80-foot cable can be coiled to fit your needs).

If used in conjunction with the Gate Bird Gate Operator that "talks back" the Driveway Alert^TM can serve a dual purpose triggering the gate to open and providing an "Automatic Exit" when someone is leaving. If a vehicle enters when the gate is standing open the Driveway Alert^TM is sounded at the Base Station. One power option for the Driveway alert is connection to a solar panel.
